Basic Athletic Training: Ages 9-13
Our Basic Athletic Class is for athletes who play any sport and are typically younger in age. Each class is a coach-led, 1-hour session where proper technique for running, sprinting, jumping, and changing direction are heavily emphasized. We believe that these movement patterns, coupled with core and conditioning exercises, will lay a solid foundation for the individuals performance in their sport.
This class will run from June 18th through august 9th (8 weeks).
The cost is $120 for 8 weeks. All payments are due up front and are non-refundable (sorry!)
Starting Athletic Strength: Ages 12-15
Think it is time for your athlete to begin weight training, but don't know where to start? Look no further! Our Starting Athletic Strength program is a 2x per week, 1-hour coach-led class with discussion and instruction on the proper technique and loading for functional strength training. In this class athletes will learn how to properly Back Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Power Clean, and more. With a high priority placed on quality of movement, these athletes will eventually "graduate" on to our Scholastic Athletic Performance program to continue their training through high school. This class will run from June 18th through August 9th (8 Weeks).
The cost is $180 for 8 weeks. All payments are due up front and are non-refundable (sorry!)
Athletic Strength program: Ages 14-21
Athletes who are serious about their sport(s) understand that ongoing physical training is necessary to maximize their on-field performance and minimize their susceptibility to strength and stamina in the off-season, and maintain it throughout their season(s). In this program, it is the athletes's responsibility to take ownership of their fitness by showing up to the gym and pushing themselves through each workout. We provide the direction and instruction, all they need is the motivation to become the best that thy can be. Athletes in this program are free to come to the facility during our open-gym hours, Monday through Friday, and put the work in.
The cost is $120 per month. All payments are due up front and are non-refundable (sorry!).
1-on-1 Performance Training
We offer 1-on-1 training sessions for athletes on a first come, first served basis. Training focuses are dictated by the needs of the athlete, and can range from Personal Training for weight loss or strength gain, Endurance Training, Speed and Agility, or Velocity. For example, a high school football player who is looking to improve his 40-yard dash may schedule sessions to fine-tune his technique, acceleration, power, and speed for the test.
The cost per 1-hour session is $40. All payments are due up front and are non-refundable (sorry!).
Scheduling is subject to our coach's availability.
